Our 2011 Disney Cruise, Vacations

As the boat leaves Port Canaveral they have an onstage Sailing Away Performance. Very fun and upbeat.

Foyer of Disney Dream

This is a playroom in the Kids Club. The kids are given an armband and can check themselves in but the parents have to check them out. The parents are given cell phones and the Club calls if the child is ready to be checked out. We found it to be very safe and all activity is logged into the computer so that the parents know the whereabouts of the child at any time.

Nemo's Reef. A water play area for toddlers.

The Disney Dream is a brand new cruise liner with state of art deco. This is the front desk of the Spa.

The adult swimming pool. I was always up early out taking photos so as to get as little people in the photos as possible. A beautiful area.

My favorite part. All you can eat ice cream. The flavor I loved the most was the Banana Ice Cream. I ate way too many ice cream cones!

Cabana's. Serving 3 meals a day. This is one of the casual dining halls serving three hot meals per day with more than one can imagine. It is truly Magical.

Madison and I heading back to our stater room.

A view of the ship from inside a lounge room on the 14th floor, I do believe. This lounge room was a quaint room with comfortable sitting areas and a baby grand piano for any one to play.

A typical table setting. This was in the Enchanted Garden Dining Hall.

A view of Castaway Cay from the balcony. The boats below are the parasailing boats and glass bottom boats. We went snorkeling on the island. I've never done that before and I really liked it.

I got up early on this particular morning and walked around the island just taking pics. The Disney Dream is a gorgeous ship.

There are Disney Cruise employees that live on the island and keep it clean in preparation for the next Cruise to arrive.

Each night in the Walt Disney Theatre, the employees perform onstage.

One of the evenings they have a stage show on the deck named "A Pirate's Life for Me" The tubes on either side is the Aqua Duck. You get on a tube and it takes you around the ship in a water tube.

This cruise we took was a 5 night cruise and we spent 2 days at Castaway Cay, Disney's private island, one day at the Bahamas and 1 day at sea. We got off the boat at the Bahamas and taxied over to the Atlantis Hotel and spent the day at this absolutely beautiful hotel overlooking the ocean.
