My Cinnamon Roll



I admit, I can't cook like The Pioneer Woman. Not even close. But I absolutely love cinnamon rolls. Yesterday, I
began think about her recipe for Buttered Rosemary Rolls and quickly ran to the store to
and purchased un-cooked yeast rolls. Having learned to go by the directions, I began to take it step by
step, just like she tells me, but my rolls were not fully puffed and ready to bake by dinner time.

Knowing well in advance that I had gotten a late start, I took the 5 remaining dough balls, thawed them
out, rolled them out very thin, doused them with butter, sugar and cinnamon and rolled them like a
fruit roll up and allowed them to rise. 3 hours later, I popped them in the oven, and oh what a delight
they were. My kiddos and I sat at the table together about 9 o'clock last night and feasted.

The icing was made with butter, confection sugar and a little bit of milk.

By the way, I had a skillet full of beautiful Buttered Rosemary Rolls that I was too stuffed to eat.
