We are in the process of planning our Holiday vacation.  Our first choice is to take the kids on a Disney Cruise.  The available dates do not coincide with the days that our children will be out of school so we may just stick to the original same o same o.  This will be our 8th year to go to Disney and one of those years we went to Disney Land in California.  This photo is pulled from that years files.  I was shocked to see this photo of the sailboats all lined up.  We were in the car when I took this shot and shazaam  there you have it.  It has been one of my all time favorites.  I'd go back,  in a heart beat.   There are a boo coo  of  things to do in San Diego.  Old Town was a day in itself.  The narrow streets lined with unusual places to shop and eat and the beautiful houses and plush landscapes made my day.   We spent 2 days at Balboa Park.  Wow!  The weather was heavenly and the kids romped and stomped through all the different museums, especially the train museum.  I enjoyed the Art studios and there was a Photography Museum that had award winning photography.  I  felt at home.  I can't say enough about the San Diego Zoo.  Except BIG!   I love going to the zoo.  We took the kiddos to Lego Land.  Maybe I should say we kiddos went to Lego Land.  The rides are geared toward small small children but the landscaping, weather, design of this amusement park made for a fun day we'll never forget.  The photo at the bottom is at La Jolla Beach.  What an experience!  This area is prime la te da!  Money Money Money!!  I love to be around this link of money though even though I don't have it.  Just makes me feel cozy.  We had a lovely day strolling  the streets, drinking coffee and letting the kids search for sea shells.  Maybe we ought to go back this year on second thought.  I'd love to take a train up the coast or maybe explore Oregon.  Oh I  just love this land we live in .  The opportunities are endless.
